A Law Firm that Guiding Insurance Companies and Their Insureds is seeking a General Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience for its downtown St. Petersburg, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have general litigation defense experience in areas such as premises liability, auto, products, and professional liability, including the ability to independently manage cases, take and defend depositions, propound and respond to written discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and attend mediations and case management conferences/court hearings. The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently, while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status.Traub Lieberman provides a collaborative team environment and institutes an active training program to foster professional growth.
