The Position:
A Full-Service Law Fir's Connecticut office's is currently seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of litigators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload
- Work closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut
- 1+ years of general liability experience
- Products liability, trucking, and transportation experience
- Professional liability experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented oriented environment
- Legal project management experience is helpful
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and responsibly
