Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a transactional Franchise & Distribution associate to join its practice. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of regulatory U.S. franchising experience. International franchise and M&A experience is also a plus. Candidates can work in one of our 22 offices or can work remotely. Responsibilities will include drafting various franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings (e.g., franchise disclosure documents), providing advice related to complex business transactions, and counseling domestic and international clients. Candidates should have a strong academic record, superior organizational, drafting, and analytical skills, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the top Franchise & Distribution practice (as ranked by Chambers USA) on a broad range of matters for clients in a wide variety of industries.

JD

Bar Admission
State Bar admission in the state you would be practicing or eligible for admission via waiver

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of transactional franchise experience

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
