Eckert Seamans, a national AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Financial Services Litigation practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience with representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters.Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have four (4) to six (6) years of financial services litigation experience
- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar are required
- Deposition and oral argument experience
- Court experience is necessary
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic work attitude
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently, and work well as a member of a team
