Description:
An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking an associate for its Finance & Restructuring group with at least three years of experience to join the Phoenix office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions.Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- At least three years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm;
- Arizona bar admission;
- Strong communication and writing skills; and
- Top academic credentials.
