Description:
A World Leading Firm has an opportunity available for a junior /
mid-level finance attorney with 2-4 years (2020-2022) of experience for
our New York office. Candidates should have experience representing
lenders or corporate borrowers on commercial bank loans, alternative
lender loans and/or institutional term loans. The annual base salary
ranges from $235,000 to $310,000. Salary determinations are based on a
number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification,
graduation year, skills, and experience level.
