A Family Law Firm is a fast-growing Family Law Firm looking to add an experienced Family Law Attorney to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law including trial experience, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, have superior writing skills, detail oriented, able to work well under pressure, and able to provide our clients with top-quality customer service. The candidate will also have experience with preparing and responding to discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and orders, drafting settlement agreements, drafting witness and exhibits lists, preparation of trial exhibits, prepare clients for trials and hearings, and attend trials and hearings.Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of Family Law experience is preferred.
- JD from an accredited school and bar admission in the state of Virginia.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in conducting legal research using various resources.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for legal documents and correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
