Expectations:

Meet billable hours and revenue requirements
Effectively and timely manage all aspects of their caseload (motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial) from the beginning of their cases through trial
Collaborate daily with staff to ensure cases are moving forward
Create and update client case strategy plans aligned with client goals
Attend and participate in internal team and one-on-one meetings
Track and meet all relevant deadlines
Produce quality legal writing (pleadings, letters, etc.)
Present with outstanding oral advocacy skills
Communicate with positivity and empathy to counsel clients and work with colleagues
Create and execute on legally sound strategy in an objective manner
Display proficiency with tech – MS Office, Outlook, practice management and billing software, video conferencing, etc.
Manage case files and records
Be familiar with court procedures and rules
Work well under pressure
Handle sensitive client information appropriately and professionally
