Expectations:
- Meet billable hours and revenue requirements
- Effectively and timely manage all aspects of their caseload (motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial) from the beginning of their cases through trial
- Collaborate daily with staff to ensure cases are moving forward
- Create and update client case strategy plans aligned with client goals
- Attend and participate in internal team and one-on-one meetings
- Track and meet all relevant deadlines
- Produce quality legal writing (pleadings, letters, etc.)
- Present with outstanding oral advocacy skills
- Communicate with positivity and empathy to counsel clients and work with colleagues
- Create and execute on legally sound strategy in an objective manner
- Display proficiency with tech – MS Office, Outlook, practice management and billing software, video conferencing, etc.
- Manage case files and records
- Be familiar with court procedures and rules
- Work well under pressure
- Handle sensitive client information appropriately and professionally
