Expectations:
- Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset family law cases from intake through permanent orders.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation.
- Handle cases related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.
What You Bring to the Firm:
- License to practice law in Colorado.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience litigating significant and complex family law cases.
- In-depth knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court procedures.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
