As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who'd like to grow long-term with us, in a partnership-track position. This is currently an in-office position in our office in Grapevine. We close Fridays at 3pm!
Position: Family Law Attorney Experience Level: 2+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and enforcement cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and case law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law in Texas.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
