Description:
Raheen Family Law is a fast-growing Family Law Firm looking to add a Family Law Attorney to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law including trial experience, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, have superior writing skills, detail oriented, able to work well under pressure, and able to provide our clients with top-quality customer service. The candidate will also have experience with preparing and responding to discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and orders, drafting settlement agreements, drafting witness and exhibits lists, preparation of trial exhibits, prepare clients for trials and hearings, and attend trials and hearings.Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of Family Law experience is preferred but not required.
- JD from an accredited school and bar admission in the state of Virginia.
- Superior quality customer service is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills is required.
- Courtroom/litigation experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite products.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
