Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our small legal team that services Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and Orange County.

Responsibilities:

Handle all matters with little supervision including custody, support, dissolution, etc.
Work with firm paralegal to have forms prepared and filed
Communicate regularly with clients and remain responsive to them.
Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and discovery requests related to family law matters.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies.
Maintain communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Bill your time each day into the firms' software management system.
Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Stay informed about changes in family law regulations, including estate planning and immigration law as they pertain to family matters.
