At Denver Family Law & Estate Planning Attorneys, we provide legal services for individuals needing representation in divorce, custody, and estate planning matters throughout Colorado. Johnson Law Group currently employs 50 people and provides quality counseling and advocacy to approximately 600 clients each year across four Colorado locations and our Chicago location.

Our mission is to provide an exceptional client experience that promotes certainty of their family's future and reassurance in an emotionally charged process. We are looking for valued employees who will live the Johnson Law Group Way, which includes providing a “wow” experience for clients and employees, continuing to develop and explore new ideas to progress the firm and industry, and providing high-quality services.

In this moment, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Family Law Attorney to assist in case management, client communication, and team support. Previous family law experience is required. Colorado Bar licensure is required. Proficiency in courtroom advocacy, client relationship building, and Microsoft Office is required. Spanish speaking is a bonus.

II. What you will be doing...
Generally speaking, your career tasks as a Family Law Attorney will include the following:
  • Communicating with clients within 24 business hours
  • Conducting consultations with potential clients, if requested
  • Conveying the value of your representation and the firm's mission to clients
  • Directly supervising and training paralegals and support staff
  • Embodying JLG's core values: communication, compassion, diligence, honesty, teamwork
  • Participating in case meetings and global strategy meetings with other team members
  • Participating in other meetings to encourage team building
  • Performing other tasks requested by members of the team
  • Preparing for and participating in hearings, mediations, and status conferences
  • Preparing superior work product and filing documents with the Court
  • Providing excellent legal services and building strong relationships with clients
