A Law Firm in Coral Springs and Boca Raton, Florida is looking for a full-time Associate Attorney With at Least 2 Years of Family Law Experience!Must have excellent writing skills, lovingly assertive and preferably happy. It's important for this candidate to be assertive and agile in the workforce.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Litigate cases in court on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
- Represent clients in mediation or arbitration proceedings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
