We are seeking an experienced litigation associate to work on complex litigation matters in a collaborative team environment in our Austin/Lakeway office. We handle matters in both state and federal court in a wide variety of subject areas including land use, real estate, contracts, civil rights and employment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in managing multiple deadlines and taking ownership of assignments. The experienced associate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; preparing discovery requests; taking depositions; making appearances in court and playing key roles at trials. We seek candidates with a current, active license in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas. Occasional in-state travel and attendance of evening client meetings will be required.
