- Business-Savvy Attorney

- Licensed to Practice in Arizona
- (Active Arizona Bar membership required.)
- Detail-Oriented & Tech-Forward
- You must be comfortable using drafting software, case management systems, and other legal tech to streamline workflows.
- Client-Centered Communicator
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English, ensuring clients are empowered and informed every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
- Advanced Estate Planning & Tax Strategies
- Analyze complex estate planning scenarios to develop sophisticated strategies for high-net-worth clients.
- Draft advanced planning structures, including business succession plans, and multi-generational wealth protection vehicles.
- Estate & Trust Administration
- Oversee probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with all filing requirements.
- Manage fiduciary accountings, distributions, and long-term trust planning for entrepreneurial families.
- Guardianship & Conservatorship
- Handle appointments, court filings, and ongoing compliance for guardianship/conservatorship matters.
- Collaborative Team Leadership
- Work alongside a dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals on multi-faceted projects.
- Provide mentorship and thought leadership by conducting workshops and educational seminars.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building enduring relationships with family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and their advisors.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, CPAs, insurance providers, and other professionals to ensure seamless, holistic service.
