Who We're Looking for:
  • Extensive Estate Planning Experience
  • You must have prior experience working on sophisticated trusts and estate matters, including complex estate and tax planning, trust administration, probate and guardianship/conservatorship proceedings. If all you know is drafting basic wills or boilerplate documents, this role is not for you.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver
  • You're adept at advanced wealth transfer strategies (ILITs, SLATs, charitable lead annuity trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, intentionally defective irrevocable trusts, etc.).
  • Business-Savvy Attorney
  • Our ideal candidate has experience advising entrepreneurial families, including closely held businesses and multi-generational wealth preservation.
  • Licensed to Practice in Arizona
  • (Active Arizona Bar membership required.)
  • Detail-Oriented & Tech-Forward
  • You must be comfortable using drafting software, case management systems, and other legal tech to streamline workflows.
  • Client-Centered Communicator
  • Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English, ensuring clients are empowered and informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do:
  • Advanced Estate Planning & Tax Strategies
  • Analyze complex estate planning scenarios to develop sophisticated strategies for high-net-worth clients.
  • Draft advanced planning structures, including business succession plans, and multi-generational wealth protection vehicles.
  • Estate & Trust Administration
  • Oversee probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with all filing requirements.
  • Manage fiduciary accountings, distributions, and long-term trust planning for entrepreneurial families.
  • Guardianship & Conservatorship
  • Handle appointments, court filings, and ongoing compliance for guardianship/conservatorship matters.
  • Collaborative Team Leadership
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals on multi-faceted projects.
  • Provide mentorship and thought leadership by conducting workshops and educational seminars.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building enduring relationships with family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and their advisors.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, CPAs, insurance providers, and other professionals to ensure seamless, holistic service.
