Description:
Your Role in Our Mission Includes the Following Responsibilities-- Manage and Oversee Trust and Estate Planning Matters, Including Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Other Related Documents.
- Handle All Aspects of Probate (to Include Contested Cases,) and Estate Administration to Ensure Compliance with All Legal Requirements.
- Provide Expert Legal Advice to Clients on Matters Related to Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, and Probate Litigation.
- Conduct Thorough Legal Research, Prepare Detailed Legal Documents, and Represent Clients in Court Proceedings as Necessary.
- Collaborate Closely with Clients, Financial Advisors, and Other Professionals to Develop Comprehensive Estate Plans Tailored to Individual Client Needs
What You Will Bring to The Role:
- 2-10 Years of Experience in Estate Planning and Probate Matters.
- Licensed in The State of Texas for At Least 2 Years or More
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Relevant State and Federal Laws and Regulations
- Research and Writing Skills
- Interest in Conducting Hearings and Being in The Courtroom
- Interest in Mediation
- Interest in Consults
- Energetic and Motivated
- Highly Organized
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Tx Doc and Clio or Similar Drafting/client Management Software, Ms Office or Google Suite Proficiency.
