Your Role in Our Mission Includes the Following Responsibilities-
  • Manage and Oversee Trust and Estate Planning Matters, Including Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Other Related Documents.
  • Handle All Aspects of Probate (to Include Contested Cases,) and Estate Administration to Ensure Compliance with All Legal Requirements.
  • Provide Expert Legal Advice to Clients on Matters Related to Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, and Probate Litigation.
  • Conduct Thorough Legal Research, Prepare Detailed Legal Documents, and Represent Clients in Court Proceedings as Necessary.
  • Collaborate Closely with Clients, Financial Advisors, and Other Professionals to Develop Comprehensive Estate Plans Tailored to Individual Client Needs

What You Will Bring to The Role:
  • 2-10 Years of Experience in Estate Planning and Probate Matters.
  • Licensed in The State of Texas for At Least 2 Years or More
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Relevant State and Federal Laws and Regulations
  • Research and Writing Skills
  • Interest in Conducting Hearings and Being in The Courtroom
  • Interest in Mediation
  • Interest in Consults
  • Energetic and Motivated
  • Highly Organized

Other Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Tx Doc and Clio or Similar Drafting/client Management Software, Ms Office or Google Suite Proficiency.
