Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customized estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) solutions for clients.
Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes.
Advise on tax-related matters.
Advise on and facilitate trust and estate administration matters, including probate, tax-related matters, and asset distributions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
What we would like you to bring to the team…

J.D. degree from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Nevada
5+ years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services.
Outstanding time management skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
