We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina, office who can support our senior Estate Planning Attorney and serve clients with cases involving estate planning, wills, trusts, and other real estate/estate planning issues. This person should have 1-2 years of experience in real estate and estate planning and be passionate about ensuring client wishes are effectively carried out.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax strategies.
- Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to client's specific needs.
- Assist with probate administration and trust administration proceedings.
- Conduct client meetings, explain legal options, and provide recommendations.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning and probate.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
- 1-2 years (or more) experience in Estate Planning related matters.
- Demonstrates a passion for practicing Estate Planning Law.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills specifically in high-stress and emotional situations.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while showing empathy to all clients.
