We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and knowledgeable Attorney to join our team. No experience in this field is required but we are looking for an attorney with a strong desire to help people through difficult conversations in a thoughtful and caring manner. The Attorney will work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

The Attorney will work directly with clients through estate planning matters, probate, trust administration, guardianship and conservatorships, and long-term care. Some court time may be required. - Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and plans as well as effectively communicate with clients about their legal needs. - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case-related activities. - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff. - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. *Skills* - Empathy and concern for people. - Excellent writing skills. - Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients during settlement discussions. - Ability to litigate cases effectively in court settings. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files. - Capability to work collaboratively within a law office environment while maintaining professionalism. - Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is a plus.
