A Labor Relations Attorney in Glendale, California, a law firm dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to unions and related employee benefit trust funds, seeks an associate with three (3) to five (5) years of experience to join its Trust Fund practice. An ideal candidate would have experience and a demonstrated interest in advising health and welfare and pension plans in litigation, all aspects of plan administration, and ERISA compliance. The position will focus litigation to collect unpaid employee benefit contributions, subrogation litigation, and general compliance. The candidate must be a member of the California Bar.
