Responsibilities:
A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters currently has an opportunity for an attorney to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco. We are looking for an attorney with 4 to 8+ years of experience in the areas of infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically with PPP, project financing and drop-down experience. Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in the PPP space is a requirement. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Infrastructure experience in these areas is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
4 to 8+ years of relevant experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
