The Cleveland office of A National Labor & Employment Firm, an international management side labor and employment law firm, seeks an associate with 4-7 years of employment litigation experience for a litigation defense role, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials. In addition to a busy litigation docket, you will work with and counsel clients on various day-to-day employment law challenges, drafting/revising handbooks and policies, manager training, and similar activities.We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients.
