Job Responsibilities To Include:- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents
- Engage in all aspects of litigation
- Track own billable hours
Required Background/Skills
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in New Jersey
- 2+ years of employment and or labor law litigation experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience through a Judicial Clerkship
