Goodwin's Employment Practice seeks a highly qualified attorney with 2-6 years (2020-2016 class year) of experience practicing management-side employment law. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions, drafting employment-related agreements and policies, advising clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, and handling employment litigation disputes. In addition, expertise with trade secrets and employee mobility issues is a plus but not essential.

Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
