We are seeking an associate to join our Employee Benefits practice. Candidates should have one to two years of employee benefits experience, with executive compensation and qualified retirement plan experience preferred. Experience dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions is considered a plus. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred, but not required. Top academic credentials are required, along with strong interpersonal skills, and excellent writing ability. We are flexible about location and will consider applicants who would like to work remotely.
