The Business & Tax practice group in the San Francisco office of An American Business and Litigation Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of emerging company work, venture capital and growth capital investment transactions, and general corporate law. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player.Our practice represents the interests of emerging and mature companies in significant financing and M&A transactions in many industries, including fintech, health, digital media, consumer products/food and beverage, advertising, games, enterprise, software services, and retail, among others. The group provides excellent opportunities for professional development, promotion, and cross-office work.
The candidate must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated associate with a desire to build a comprehensive corporate practice in a collegial environment. This position will be based out of the San Francisco office.
