A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation & Regulatory Matters currently has an opportunity for an associate to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice open to any of our US office locations. We are looking for an associate with three to six years of experience in the areas of renewable energy and energy storage project development work, including project offtake/PPA, EPC, BOP, equipment procurement, engineering and construction, operations and maintenance, long-term service, and performance guarantees. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:
  • 3-6+ years of experience as stated above.
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
