We are seeking to expand our team with an experienced litigator who has a minimum of 3 - 5 years of eDiscovery litigation experience, including preservation strategies, briefing, arguing motions, meet and confers, working with experts and counseling clients. The ability to explain technology and legal concepts to non-technical lawyers is also important. Relevant industry affiliations or labor and employment experience are a plus.
