Finding a firm that is the right fit for you to practice divorce and family law, from a culture perspective, can be challenging. At Gentry Law Firm, you'll find a distinct organization. From the owner, William Gentry, to the team of attorneys, paralegals – all the way through to the marketing team, Gentry Law is about helping people, mainly women, through the challenging process of divorce and doing it with a very strategic, client-focused approach.

Through extensive market research, Gentry has confirmed what is paramount for their potential new clients. They desire an attorney with plenty of experience in divorce and family law. Further, they seek compassionate legal support and to be guided with respect, dignity, and kindness through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Let's face it, family law is not for everyone, but if you are someone who has a passion for helping people obtain a fair outcome while protecting children from the nasty side of divorce, this might be the firm for you.

Gentry Law clients specifically desire a lawyer who has bedside manner. The ability to be a relatable professional, an accessible expert, and a trustworthy strategizer is a lawyer's bedside manner in action. Gentry's clients are often well-educated, with assets, and often have children. This requires attorneys who execute a deep discovery process and create a carefully crafted strategy to win their cases with outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations as much as possible. While rare, if a case needs to go to trial, this experience is necessary as well.

Bottom line, Gentry Law Firm is seeking to add attorneys to fit their unique culture – one where emotionally intelligent employees are respectful to one another, their clients and able to prioritize the clients' wishes while guiding them to their desired outcome. With this, their clients become “brand stewards” and they continue to gain warm referrals and grow.
