Cass County Attorney's Office is seeking a full time Deputy County Attorney - CivilThe Cass County Attorney's Office is currently accepting applications for a full time Deputy County Attorney - Civil. Deputies are not required to reside in Cass County which is conveniently located between the Omaha and Lincoln Metro areas and is just across the river from Bellevue. Salary range $75,000-$90,000 plus full benefits.
Applicants should expect to work through the various civil actions and responsibilities of the office which includes research significant legal research/reviews of civil affairs and continuous support to county agencies and the county board. A commitment to civil matters is necessary to serve in this role as participation in criminal prosecutions will be limited. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in, and be in good standing with, the State of Nebraska.
