This is a unique opportunity for an associate to join any of the nationwide Fisher Phillips offices. We are looking for a Data Privacy Associate with 2-5 years of data privacy and cyber security, compliance and/or litigation experience to work from any of our 37 offices. The ideal candidate will have appreciable legal advice and counsel experience, including in data breach incidents and reporting, employee and consumer privacy laws and regulations (state, federal, and/or international) and legislative advocacy. Experience in data privacy litigation and regulatory investigations is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have achieved the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation in at least one category.Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The yearly salary range for this position is $115,000 - $240,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
