The New York office is seeking a talented second to fourth year associate to join the Firm's Copyright, Trademark, Internet and Advertising practice group. The candidate should have substantive copyright and/or trademark litigation experience, including researching copyright and trademark issues, drafting discovery, drafting substantive memoranda, and preparing for and attending court hearings and depositions. Experience with trademark prosecution, copyright and trademark counseling, Internet-related IP issues, and drafting pleadings and memoranda of law preferred. Ideal candidates possess a keen interest in and understanding of copyright, trademark, and related issues and have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, experience with written and oral advocacy, and strong academic credentials. New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
