Key Responsibilities:
- Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
- Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases)
- Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills
- Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
- Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management
- 8+ years of third-party coverage insurance defense
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
