Description:
We are seeking a public finance counsel to join our industry-leading Infrastructure Group in our Los Angeles office. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in the project finance/public finance area acting as bond counsel, underwriter counsel (preferably on project finance transactions), lender's counsel and/or sponsor/equity counsel with an emphasis on transportation, water/wastewater and/or public building projects. California Bar membership, excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills are required. Partner-level candidates are also encouraged to apply, as a proven ability to win business or port clients is highly desired.
