Description:
Seeking Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience in the corporate group of a law firm and significant experience in complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions on the buy and sell side), business formation matters, corporate governance, and contract matters. Private equity experience is a plus. Candidates must be proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting and issue resolution skills. Candidates must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
