Corporate Services Associate

Adams and Reese LLP is seeking an Associate with at least three years’ experience to join our Corporate Services practice team, specializing in commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and probate and estate planning laws. The ideal candidate will have the understanding and efficiency to complete transactions on both the buy and the sell side, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, evaluating title work, creating closing checklists and preparing documents in preparation for closings and funding. Experience in corporate formations and governance are needed in handling merger and acquisition matters.
