A Law Firm that Provides Legal Advisory Services seeks to hire an attorney with seven or more years of corporate experience to join its Corporate and Securities group. The position may be filled at the counsel or partner level, depending on the candidate's experience and related factors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently serving as a senior associate, counsel, or partner in a law firm, or working as an in-house counsel. Substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions is essential. We seek those with exceptional prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
