Description:

We are searching for a junior associate to join our Corporate Public Companies group in our Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of experience with IPOs and other capital market transactions, including counseling pre-IPO and public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as assisting in capital markets transactions for issuers and underwriters; it is a plus to have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, public offerings, and/or mergers & acquisitions.

We are looking for team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Candidates can expect to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day needs of clients.

Preference for candidates already admitted to practice in California.
