We are seeking an associate to join our venture capital and emerging company practice. You will lead transactions and interact directly with CEOs, boards of directors and venture capitalists in the fields of technology and life sciences. We particularly value experience with startups and venture capital financings. Candidates must have three to six years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital transactions. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to work as a member of a team on complex transactions.
