Overview: As the Corporate Counsel at A Software Company, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. - In this role, you will manage, negotiate, and execute various types of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, Service Orders, Statements of Work, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
- You will utilize your independent judgment or collaborate with outside counsel to assess risks associated with deviations from standard contract terms
- Additionally, you will solicit input from relevant stakeholders to ensure their perspectives are incorporated into agreements
- Manage, negotiate, and execute various contracts

Qualifications:

- Expertise in contract management and negotiation

- Familiarity with corporate law and compliance
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one state
- Proven experience in corporate law or contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of legal principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
