Key Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will manage, negotiate, and execute various types of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, Service Orders, Statements of Work, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
  • You will utilize your independent judgment or collaborate with outside counsel to assess risks associated with deviations from standard contract terms
  • Additionally, you will solicit input from relevant stakeholders to ensure their perspectives are incorporated into agreements
  • Manage, negotiate, and execute various contracts

  • Admission to the bar in at least one state
