The position helps ensure the company's Ethics and Compliance Program provides employees with clear policies, solutions-oriented counseling, and efficient systems to achieve their business goals consistent with the law and the company's expectations in the following Global Business Units: Front Line Care, Care Solutions, and Pharmaceuticals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide compliance counseling to internal business units to build and foster a high integrity culture
  • Drive compliance program implementation at the global business unit level
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at the Manager, Director, GM and VP level
  • Evaluate compliance risk for new business initiatives
  • Provide strategic partnership and active involvement in the management of meetings with stakeholders (Manager, Director, GM, VP level)
  • Collaborate with other departments to deal with risks, compliance and control issues of medium complexity matters. Undertake corrective plans to resolve issues. Responsible for implementation and strategic drive.
  • Develop, deliver, and oversee training related to the Company's Ethics & Compliance policies and the law, including through Compliance Clinics
  • Perform special assignments or projects, as needed

  • Expert understanding of the global framework affecting the healthcare industry, such as international laws governing healthcare, interactions with healthcare professionals, institutions and government officials, antitrust and competition issues

  • Fluency in English is required; additional regional language capabilities are preferred. ??

Education and/or Experience:
  • Law Degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience; healthcare and international experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulation, as well as U.S. Fraud and Abuse laws, such as the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Experience with the U.S. Physician Payments Sunshine Act is a plus.
