Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join our Detroit office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in M&A, negotiating and drafting corporate and commercial agreements, and corporate governance and compliance. Corporate or partnership tax experience and/or an LLM in Taxation would be a significant plus. Candidates must have excellent research, writing, and communication skills and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan.About WNJ
