In this role, you bring subject matter expertise in Trusts & Estates to a dynamic legal technology platform, Practical Guidance. You will join a team of experienced attorneys and professionals who are passionate about their practice areas and make it their mission to give attorneys the guidance and tools to do their job more efficiently. Your job will be to educate yourself on the latest legal and practice developments, network with attorneys, and write and edit thought leadership content—providing more insights into your practice area than was ever possible when billing your time to the 10-minute increment. Minimum Requirements:
  • J.D. (or LL.M. with excellent English writing skills)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal practice experience
  • Subject matter expertise in trusts & estates and related practice areas
  • Licensed/Good standing in at least one state
  • Superior writing and analytical skills, with experience in drafting client newsletters/alerts, law journal articles, practical guidance, CLE presentations, or other legal writing a plus
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, as well as Lexis
