An Unique Law Firm, one of the largest and most accomplished law firms in the Midwest, is seeking an experienced Commercial/Bankruptcy Attorney to add to its growing team.The preferred candidate will be an experienced and versatile attorney, with a client-centric philosophy, and who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in complex environments.
To Be Considered, Candidates Must:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in commercial loan restructuring, collection and bankruptcy;
- Have a portable book of business but looking to grow their business with established client base;
- Have excellent research and communication skills;
- Be comfortable learning new computer software;
- Have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school; and
- Be a member, in good standing and active, in the State Bar of Michigan.
We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated lawyer, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly competitive and complex environments with significant client contact. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
