Description:
The Phoenix office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial litigation matters. Experience in financial services, antitrust, and class action matters are also helpful. Expect to work on behalf of multi-national and Fortune 500 companies in different jurisdictions.Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- Excellent credentials
- Experience in commercial litigation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Responsibility for legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of civil litigation
- Excellent research and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure
