Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve.

We have an immediate opening in our virtual office, The Link, for a Commercial Litigation Associate with four to six years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients. Additional experience in labor & employment litigation matters is preferred, including the ability to handle depositions and manage cases, with a high degree of autonomy.

Candidates should reside in Michigan or Ohio, and have an active bar license corresponding to the state in which they reside. Candidates with an active bar license in both Michigan and Ohio are preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing, & Transportation business unit.
