The group, which many consider among the leading commercial leasing practices in NYC, regularly represents both the tenants and landlords on significant leasing deals.
A NYC-Based, Mid-Sized, Full-Service Entrepreneurial Law Firm's broader Real Estate Group represents lenders, owners, developers, investors and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations. The group advises clients in the areas of acquisition, leasing, asset management, finance, development, and investment.

What the role entails:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Attorney to join our Real Estate department. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing transactions. Experience with sale-purchase transactions, financings and joint venture work is a plus.
Required Skills:
Must have demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis and negotiation skills. We seek candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be admitted in New York.
A NYC-Based, Mid-Sized, Full-Service Entrepreneurial Law Firm is currently maintaining a hybrid schedule structured as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office with the option to be remote Mondays and Fridays.
