- Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts and settle claims suitable to clients.
- Build client relationships and provide excellent customer experience.
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and pleadings.
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
- Provide support to senior attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
- Law degree from fully accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- 2+ years litigation experience.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Lexington, KY 40507
