Description:
New England firm with national clientele seeks civil litigator with two to five years of experience in insurance defense and tort litigation who is admitted to RI bar. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and possess strong analytical and writing skills. She/he will be self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and dedicated to a very high level of client service. Job responsibilities will include conducting depositions, attending court conferences, drafting pleadings, interacting with clients and adjusters, and negotiating settlements.
